Purpose

These terms govern the use of hackdvisor.com: browsing the ranking, writing reviews, creating an account and managing a software profile.

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

Accounts and software profiles

Creating an account is free. You commit to providing accurate information: domain, public links, pricing, updates. Any misleading profile can be unpublished without notice.

Claiming a profile requires proof that you represent the vendor: an email on the product's domain, domain verification (DNS or well-known file) or a supporting document. No ranking position can be bought.

Reviews

A review requires a proof of use, never published, used for verification only. Fraudulent reviews, bought reviews or self-reviews written by the vendor about its own product are removed and can lead to the profile being unpublished.

You remain responsible for the content of your reviews. Defamatory or illegal statements are removed and may be reported to the authorities.

Links and automatic checks

The public links on profiles (website, pricing, docs, changelog, security, status) are checked automatically and check results are displayed publicly. The vendor remains responsible for the content behind its links. Outbound links ship as dofollow; any abuse (misleading redirect, illegal content) leads to unpublication.

Changes and termination

These terms may evolve; the online version prevails. You can delete your account at any time by writing to contact@hackceleration.com.
